Notification Types
Learner Enrollment Notification
The initial email learners receive upon being added to a new assignment.
Content Reminders Notification
An email that reminds learners about training episodes they have not yet finished. If enabled, Content Reminders will go out once a week on your scheduled reminder day. If you want to set the weekly content reminders, please see Section 1 of this guide: Creating a Training Assignment.
Manager Notifications
An email sent to managers when their direct reports have incomplete episodes. For more information, please see our guide: Manager Notifications for Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training (SAT).
How to Send Bulk Reminders
This applies to Managed Assignments and Custom Assignments.
- Open the relevant assignment in the SAT Admin Portal.
- After opening the assignment, select the Advanced tab.
- Select Manual Push for Learner or Content notifications, or Send for Manager notifications.
How to Send to Specific Learners
This applies to Custom Assignments only.
❗️SAT Admins cannot access the "Edit Assignment" button for Managed Assignments. If you need to send a reminder or enrollment notification to a specific learner in a Managed Assignment, please contact Huntress Support with the learner's email address and the specific notification required.❗️
- Select Edit Assignment in the upper right to enter the assignment editor.
- Select the Audience tab and locate the learner(s) you wish to notify.
- Click the ellipsis (
...) to the right of the learner's email. - From the dropdown menu, select your desired option (e.g., Resend Enrollment Notification or Send Content Reminder).
