Once you have purchased a quantity of extended retention add-on units, you will need to choose which organizations to apply them to. To do so, follow these steps:
- Navigate to the Organizations page in your Huntress Console.
In the Organizations page, select "Manage Billable Products" in the Bulk Actions row.
In the Manage Billable Products sidebar, place a check mark in the "Extended Retention 90/7" box for each organization you wish to apply extended retention to.
- Place a check mark to indicate you understand that removing a product from an organization will disable associated data.
- Select Save to complete enabling extended retention.
