Summary: Unmapping directly mapped tenants allows partners to stop ITDR billing for specific organizations, or to re-integrate the organization if troubleshooting is required.
Unmapping a tenant from the ITDR integration for either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace shares the same steps.
- From the Integrations dashboard, choose either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Inside the Identity Providers Integrations dashboard, find the tenant you wish to remove
- Expand the tenant details card
- At the end of the tenant product list, choose the three dot menu
- Choose the Unmap option to remove the product from that tenant.
