Summary: How to remove ITDR integration
Remove an entire integration
To unsubscribe from the event stream for all mapped organizations, as an account admin, navigate to the integrations page and use the three dot action button to delete the integration.
This process should only be completed when fully offboarding all tenants from ITDR and ISPM. This should not be used to remove a single (or select number of) organization. Manage Billable Products
If you have a tenant that you would like to stop billing for a single product (ITDR or ISMP) only, please use the Manage Billable Products flow on the Identity Providers Dashboard. Removing a single product from a tenant will keep the other product active for that tenant. Removing both products from a tenant will completely remove and unmap the tenant from the integration.
