Team: Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
Environment: ITDR
Summary: Huntress Managed ITDR can be reauthorized to force new permissions to sync or to resolve old permission errors. Reauthorizing your tenant will update the application version for Microsoft 365, if applicable.
At this time, we do not have the ability to bulk reauthorize multiple tenants.
To reauthorize, an admin on the account level will need to sign in to Huntress.io, navigate to the menu option in the upper right, then select integrations > edit option (pencil symbol) on your relevant integration > reauthorize. These steps apply to both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
You will then be prompted to sign in again using a current Global Admin (M365) or Super Administrator (GWS) account that you created for the integration. If the original account was deleted/removed after the integration was established, a different or a new account can be used.
For Microsoft 365, the full list of Permissions that we will be requesting with the Reauthorization is detailed in our Huntress Managed ITDR Permissions Breakdown guide.
