Summary: Huntress Managed ITDR can be reauthorized to force new permissions to sync or to resolve old permission errors. 

Direct Mapping Reauthorization

The direct mapping reauthorization should be used if you have directly mapped tenants. 

To reauthorize, you will need to sign in to Huntress.io, navigate to the menu option in the upper right, then select integrations > edit option (pencil symbol) on your Microsoft 365 integration > reauthorize. 

You will then be prompted to sign in again. Please use the Huntress service account that you created for the integration.
