Product: Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
Environment: Huntress Portal
These steps apply to both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
- From the Integrations dashboard, choose either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Inside the Identity Providers Integrations dashboard, find the tenant you wish to remap
- Expand the tenant details card
- At the end of the tenant product list, choose the three dot menu
- Choose the Unmap option to remove the product from that tenant.
- Use the +New Integration option to re-add the tenant to the ITDR integration following the appropriate steps in the Identity Providers Integrations guide.
Huntress should start receiving user data and events from your tenant within a few minutes. You can verify that Huntress is receiving this data by navigating to your ITDR dashboard and clicking on the View all Events and/or View all Users buttons.
Previously associated data may be lost during this process, so unmapping a tenant should only be performed when necessary, such as when switching from the legacy to new setup methods necessary for feature updates. If a tenant integration is not working, we recommend attempting to Reauthorize a Tenant first before unmapping and remapping.
