What does this feature do?

The Huntress Managed Learning Plan allows the Huntress R&D team to manage your security awareness training simulated phishing program. Every month, the team meets to decide scenarios that are most relevant based on the changes in the global threatscape and their observations across the over 2,000,000 endpoints running the Huntress Managed EDR product. Accounts and sub-accounts that enable the feature will:

• Get a new simulated phishing campaign created for all learners in the organization not explicitly opted out of phishing on the 1st business day of the month.
• The campaign will consist of several expertly selected scenarios. Each learner will only receive one email using one of the scenarios selected for the month.
• Simulated phishing messages will be sent out over the course of the month.
• The campaign will remain active, and counting opens, clicks, and compromises for 2 weeks past the end of the month.
• Administrators can always see the anticipated scenarios for the next month in the portal to let helpdesk staff know in advance of the campaign start.
• Administrators who are enrolling in managed phishing can now start the  phishing campaigns right away. 
• Recovery Training is enabled by default.

How to subscribe as a Managed Service Provider Partner

1. In your MSP view, navigate to “Phishing” in the top navigation bar.
2. Click on the sub-navigation to select “Managed Phishing” 

3. Admins can select which customers receive monthly managed phishing messages and opt newly created accounts into automatically being enrolled. Admins can also see next month’s scenarios and preview the emails. Click Update when done.
4. On the 1st business day of next month, all selected accounts will be added to a newly created multi-tenant simulated phishing campaign.

How to sign up as an individual customer

1. Navigate to “Phishing” in the top nav and then click “Managed Phishing”
   
2. Switch the toggle to “Enrolled”.
3. On the 1st business day of next month, all selected accounts will be added to a newly created multi-tenant simulated phishing campaign.

Administrators can now choose to start the phishing campaign right away. Under the Phishing tab. "Launch now"
