Summary: MDR for Microsoft 365 can be authorized in order to force new permissions to sync or to resolve old permission errors.

Direct Mapping Reauthorization
The direct mapping reauthorization should be used if you have directly mapped tenants. If you are CSP mapped, see the section below.
To reauthorize, you will need to sign into Huntress.io and navigate to the menu option in the upper right, then select: integrations > edit option (pencil symbol) on your Microsoft 365 integration > reauthorize.
You will then be prompted to sign in again. Please use the Huntress service account that you created for the integration.
CSP Reauthorization
The CSP reauthorization should be followed if your account is integrated with a cloud solution provider. If you are integrated via direct mapping. See the 2nd half of the guide for reauthorizing via direct mapping.

The "Reauthorize" button doesn't exist in the UI currently in the dropdown under each tenant
Hey Alexi! The dropdown in the tenant should only appear for manually mapped tenants. If CSP mapped, it will appear at the top of the screen, as shown in the article. If something still doesn't look right, send us an email at support@huntress.com, and we can dig into it further. Thanks!
