Team: Huntress Managed Identity Threat Detection and Response (ITDR)
Environment: ITDR
Summary: Huntress Managed ITDR can be reauthorized to force new permissions to sync or to resolve old permission errors. Reauthorizing your tenant will update the application version for Microsoft 365, if applicable.
At this time, we do not have the ability to bulk reauthorize multiple tenants.
These steps apply to both Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace tenants.
- From the Integrations dashboard, choose either Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace
- Inside the Identity Providers Integrations dashboard, find the tenant you wish to reauthorize
- Expand the tenant details card
- At the end of the tenant product list, choose the three dot menu
- Choose the Reauthorize option
- You will be prompted to sign into the tenant again. This will allow you to reconnect with a Global or Super Admin account. We would also suggest confirming all proper permissions are in place to ensure the integration is able to sync correctly.
For legacy setups only:
CSP/CPV tenants must be reauthorized using the Reauthorize button for the upstream CSP tenant, and the sign-in must be completed with the partner-level CSP tenant account used during the original onboarding flow rather than a downstream end-user organization account.
Please note that this integration method is being deprecated and all partners will be moved to the new experience in the long term. You may be prompted to reauthenticate into the new integration model to ensure all feature and security updates are applied.
