Summary: A guide for changing your security awareness training manager password and enabling 2FA/MFA
Changing Your Managed SAT Manager Password
Managed SAT manager passwords can easily be changed from either the mycurricula.com login screen or inside the Managed SAT admin platform.
If you are unable to log in from the mycurricula.com admin login screen, click ‘Forgot your password?’ to begin the password reset process. You will then need to provide your email address to receive emailed instructions for resetting your password.
SAT manager passwords can also be changed from within the admin platform by navigating to the Admin Panel.
Click on your Email on the top right-hand corner of the Managed SAT admin platform and select ‘My Profile.’ This will take you to your Profile.
From the Profile tab, scroll down to the ‘Password Reset’ section.
You will first need to enter the password you intend to change under ‘Old Password.’ Next, enter your new password twice, making sure it meets the criteria listed, to confirm spelling and formatting. Finally, click ‘Reset Password’ to complete the process.
Enabling Two-Factor Authentication on Your Managed SAT Manager Account
One of the best ways to add an extra layer of security for your SAT manager account is by enabling two-factor authentication.
Two-factor authorization codes are delivered either by email or text message (whichever you prefer) and can be enabled directly from the Managed SAT admin platform’s Account Panel.
Click on your Email on the top right-hand corner of the Managed SAT admin platform and select ‘My Profile.’ This will take you to your Profile.
Under the Profile tab, navigate to the ‘Two-Factor’ section and click the purple ‘Enable two-factor authentication’ button.
Use the drop-down to choose how you would like to receive two-factor authentication notifications, be it by mobile phone or email. Provide either your phone number or email address in the box below and click ‘Send Authentication Code’ to receive a connection code.
A new line will appear below where you will enter the authentication code. Click ‘Enable’ after entering the authentication code to complete the two-factor authentication setup process.
