Individual Learners

Summary: Individual learns can be edited to include Departments, Tags, and Groups. You can also view individual learner activity such as phishing attempts and assignment completion rates and scores. 

When you click on a Learner, you can see the profile creation, change their Department, add Tags and modify their Group association (if necessary). 

From the Activity tab, you can view the phishing attempts associated with that Learner, their past Assignments, in-progress Assignments, Assignment Completion Rates and their average score of all Assignments.

As far as Episodes, you also can view individual progress and scores based on how well they performed in the Episodes. You get to see who is doing what and how well. Using this data, you can customize your phishing campaigns to target different demographics (how well, how bad, various Departments, etc.)
