SUMMARY: The Huntress mobile app for iOS is now available in the Apple App Store. It's an early mobile experience built from the Huntress web UI with some native mobile functionality, and the initial release was intentionally kept basic, so the team could iterate based on feedback.

Early internal testing noted that the current experience is centered on incident reports and escalations.
The App Store listing positions the app around mobile visibility and actioning security activity while away from your desk.

FAQ
I cannot find the app in the App Store. What should I do?
Because the release was brand new, internal launch notes said the listing may appear progressively for some users and could take some searching to find at first. If search results are inconsistent, use the direct App Store link above.
Is there an Android version?
Not yet, but we are working on it. There is currently no sign-up list for Beta/early access, but if you are interested, you can contact your Account Manager and have them write down your email address so they can contact you when it's available.
What can I currently do in the app?
The app is currently a very basic mobile version of the web UI, and the goal is to add a new notification experience that centers on incident reports and escalations.
Can I use the mobile app instead of the desktop portal?
Not for everything. Early internal testing raised concerns about incomplete navigation, inconsistent action behavior, and limited workflow coverage, so the desktop portal remains the better choice for full troubleshooting and broader administrative work.
Are there any known issues right now?
Early internal testing surfaced several issues to watch for:
Some links opened from escalations can break the UI.
The signals investigated card at the bottom of an incident report may not be selectable.
After approving a remediation plan, the app may not clearly show that remediations are running.
Pagination and navigation may feel awkward in the current mobile experience.
Can I contact Support from inside the app?
Not currently. Please use usual contact methods for Huntress Support if you need help, or select the Get Help button at the bottom of this page.
Why might an action look available but not behave as expected?
The App is still a work in progress. Feel free to submit any unexpected behaviors to our feedback website here:
