SUMMARY: This guide will walk you through the onboarding process for Huntress Managed ISPM (Identity Security Posture Management).
Verify that you meet the requirements for a successful ISPM integration.
Huntress Managed ISPM Readiness and Requirements
How to set up your ISPM integration
- Navigate to Integrations from the "Hamburger" 3-bar menu from the top right corner of the Huntress Dashboard.
- A. If this is your first Integration, select the "+Add" button, then select Microsoft 365 under Cloud Platforms.
B. If you already have an ITDR Integrations, select the 3-dot ellipsis and then choose Edit Integration - Select the "+ New Integration" button.
- Use the drop-down menu to search for and select the Organization that you will be integrating with, then click the Continue button.
- In the integration modal, select the Products to enable for the integration. You will be presented with ISPM and ITDR options.
- Under "Select Identity Providers", Microsoft should be preselected; if it is not, simply check the box and then select Continue.
- Select the Sign in with Microsoft button. Make sure that you are using the Tenants Global Admin Account.
- You will be presented with a list of Permissions requested. From here, scroll down to the bottom, then select the Accept button.
- Select the "Finish" button to complete the integration process.

You can track the Integrations process via the Status section in your ISPM/ITDR integrations page. The View Details buttons can be selected to drill in further to see which part of the Onboarding process the tenant is currently on.
