Overview
Use this log to verify the delivery of assignment reminders or confirm when a specific learner received a simulated phishing email. This can be used to track tasks such as when assignments were launched, when phishing emails were delivered, when reminders were sent, or phishing emails received.
Message previews represent the copy sent to learners, though formatting can vary based on the learner's application settings.
Prerequisites
You must have administrative access to the Huntress SAT portal.
Task Steps
Log in to the Huntress platform and select SAT from the main navigation.
Select Reports > Notifications Log.
Use the filter options to narrow your results by categories like learner, date, or delivery channel.
Notification Types
Phishing: Simulated phishing emails delivered as part of a phishing campaign.
Transactional: Service messages such as enrollment notifications, reminders, and messages congratulating learners for reporting a simulated phishing message.
Notification Channels
If a Microsoft or Google API insertion encounters an error, the service will failover to SMTP delivery.
Microsoft Graph API: API insertion into a Microsoft 365 environment.
Google API: API insertion into Google Workspace.
SMTP: Traditional email delivery for transactional emails.
Phishing-server: A separate Huntress server used for SMTP simulated phishing delivery.
Slack: Messages delivered through the Huntress Slack app.
Microsoft Teams: Messages delivered through the Huntress Microsoft Teams app.
