Requesting SOC Support for Incident Reports
While reviewing your incident report, you can use the "Request SOC Support" button to initiate a chat with the SOC Support team or request a callback for critical EDR reports.
For critical reports (EDR Only), you will have the option to request a callback, which involves providing your contact information and details about your request. Once submitted, your information will be sent to the SOC support team, who will contact you directly to discuss the incident report. SOC Support phone calls will only ever be made from 1-833-486-8669.
The request callback feature is intended exclusively for inquiries related to the report. SOC support reserves the right to decline a callback request if it is determined to be unrelated to the report in question.
