Description
Partners now have the ability to automatically map numerous organizations swiftly and efficiently, requiring only two clicks, which significantly accelerates the initial setup process for PSA.
This feature is currently accessible for ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and Kaseya BMS. Additionally, this feature is planned to be introduced to Syncro PSA shortly in an upcoming update.
To utilize this feature, partners can locate the auto-map option in PSA integration section in the Huntress Dashboard. The auto-map functionality works based on exact matches.
Setting up Huntress automatic PSA mapping
- Login to the Huntress Dashboard.
- Hover over the Huntress options menu in the upper-right corner of the dashboard.
- Select the "Integrations" option from the menu.
- Select the "Edit" button next to your ConnectWise, Autotask, HaloPSA, and Kaseya BMS integration.
- Scroll down to the Organization Mappings Section and then select the Auto-Map Button.
- When auto-map is clicked, users will be shown a modal that displays the results.
- After reviewing the results, users must click Save Changes to finalize the new mappings.
The layout of the Organization Mapping section has been revamped to feature a search bar and a tabbed interface, allowing partners to seamlessly switch between mapped and unmapped Organizations for easier navigation.
