Overview

The Huntress ITDR Dashboard (Early Access) is a redesigned home surface for identity work, built to help partners investigate identity threats faster, validate suspicious activity with more confidence, and quickly find the context they need during active customer investigations. 

This early-access release is the first usable step in a broader dashboard refresh, giving partners more evidence, more context, and a clearer starting point when investigating identity activity. During early access, the team is learning from real usage to improve the experience quickly and shape the path to the broader dashboard rollout.

 

Why This Dashboard Is Changing

Today, key validation workflows are spread across multiple locations, making it harder to answer urgent customer questions quickly. The updated dashboard is meant to create a stronger starting point for identity work by making important signals, activity, and Huntress context easier to find in one place.

 

How To Access It

 If you have feedback at any point, please drop it in our Huntress Feedback portal.

When early access is enabled for your account, you can open the updated dashboard from the main navigation menu. The existing dashboard is still available during this period.

  1. Log in to Huntress and go to ITDR > ITDR Dashboard (Early Access).

 

What's Included in Early Access

Early access currently includes a redesigned page shell with new features:

  • Live Monitoring: A hero card that surfaces active incident status and recent Security Operations Center (SOC) outcomes.

  • Rapid Identity Triage: Search for an identity, review recent sign-in history, and see AI-assisted session context in one place.

  • Daily Activity and Sign-in Locations: Views that help partners scan behavior, spot patterns, and answer follow-up questions with more confidence.

  • Protection Capabilities: Makes key ITDR coverage areas, such as unwanted access and rogue applications, more visible in the main dashboard experience.

  • SOC Activity: Adds more visible evidence of Huntress investigation work, such as investigated signals and active incidents.

 

What to Expect from Early Access

This experience is still evolving and is not the final form of the dashboard. During early access, you should expect continuous updates and changes as the team refines the experience based on real-world usage and feedback.

You might encounter incomplete functionality, occasional bugs, slower performance, or other rough edges during this phase. Early access is being used to validate the direction with a small set of partners, confirm the dashboard works well with real data and workflows, and make improvements before a broader rollout.

 

How to Share Feedback

Your feedback is highly valuable during early access. We’d especially like to hear:

  • Where the dashboard helps you investigate faster.

  • Where information is unclear or difficult to find.

  • Any issues or friction you encounter during real-world workflows.
