Team: Huntress Managed Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR)
Product: Threat Summary Reports, Identity Security Assessment Reports, Ransomware Canaries
Summary: Huntress reports can be co-branded with company logos and URLs across organizations. If you use the Ransomware Canaries feature, these will also be updated!
Overview
You can embed your company logo, brand color, and a support URL into the reports generated by Huntress, such as the Monthly, Quarterly, and Security Assessment reports as well as Ransomware Canaries. Adding your branding to these files helps you share them with your organizations with the confidence that the report comes from you, powered by Huntress.
Before You Begin
Make sure to have your company logo file ready. For best results, your logo should be a transparent PNG file that is at least 600x240 pixels.
Add Your Branding and URL
These settings are used to generate your monthly, quarterly, and security assessment reports.
- Log in to Huntress and go to the Settings page.
-
In the Brand Settings section, upload your company logo.
- Enter the Highlight Color hex code that you want. This color will be used as an accent throughout the report, carrying your brand identity throughout each report.
- Provide a Website URL to contact your company. This URL will be displayed in the report for your customers to contact you for support. For example, in the event of their endpoint being isolated, they’ll see this information on their screen.
- Save your changes.
- Preview your reports, making sure that the logo is the right size and that your colors have sufficient contrast.
Cobranding Samples
ITDR Security Assessment Reports
If you want to provide a co-branded ITDR Security Assessment report, you’ll need to enable that in the tenant settings. Check out the Get Your Identity Security Assessment Report guide for more details.
Threat Summary Reports (Monthly Reports)
Threat Summary Reports are automatically sent out Monthly and Quarterly at the account level. You may also opt to customize them to send to organization users as well so your customers know what Huntress is doing for them.
Ransomware Canaries
Ransomware canaries are used to help detect active ransomware on an endpoint, but otherwise have limited interaction with your endpoints. This service is automatically enabled, but you can disable it if you do not want to use it. For more details, see the What are Ransomware Canaries? guide.
