Team: Huntress Managed Security Awareness Training (SAT)
Summary: Huntress Managed SAT now has an open opt-in beta for a learner facing leaderboard, which allows your learners to have a friendly competition with each other based on how they complete assignments and interact with phishing campaigns.
We are seeing feedback which you can either pass through your Huntress Account Manager or fill out the feedback form.
Opting In
You can opt your learners into the leaderboards feature by going to Settings->Learners, toggling the ‘Show Leaderboard to Learners’ setting, and clicking “Update”.
As an administrator, you can click “Preview” to see the leaderboard with real names.
Learner View of Leaderboards
Learners will see an anonymized view of leaderboards on the right side-bar of their dashboard. They will only see the top 5 as well as themselves in the collapsed view but can click View More to see the top 25% of learners in their own organization, as well as their own rank.
To change your user name, click on the profile image on the lower left side.
You can then change your name and avatar.
How Points Get Tabulated
All point generating or losing activity expires after 60 days.
For Assignments, learners can earn points by completing assigned episodes

For Phishing, learners can lose points if they become "compromised" by a simulated phishing campaign but recover some of the lost points if they complete the Phishing Defense Coaching.
