Huntress Command Center: Your New Homepage

Summary: Recent updates made to the Huntress homepage, now known as the Command Center.

On December 19th, 2023, Huntress launched a new homepage, known as the Command Center, that puts key information from EDR and MDR for Microsoft 365 into a single view.

Features of the new command center:

• Newly designed widgets contain metrics related to your endpoints and users, based on your subscriptions.
• The Triage Feed on the right summarizes all the actions you need to take to address incidents and resolve escalations. 
• The Security Operations Center Actions panel will include a new “Signals Investigated” metric that provides visibility into all the things Huntress is doing for you on a regular basis behind the scenes.
• Your existing dashboards will still be accessible through the navigation.

Stay tuned for future updates:

• The Command Center will include Security Awareness Training metrics in 2024.
• We will update the dashboard based on additional feedback we receive after launch.
