What version do I need?
If you already have the Huntress Agent installed, please check your dashboard to verify that your agents are at version 0.13.16 and above. If not please ensure the Huntress Agent and Updater Services are running on those endpoints or utilize our Install guides to push the updates.
Can’t I just reboot to restart the services?
A reboot will not resolve this specific issue. The issue with 0.3.12 is that the service won’t start at Windows boot. So them being “offline” within Huntress could mean they’re offline, or could mean that the service just didn’t start. Running the updated RMM script twice against the environments where you deploy Huntress will capture all problems and update the agents appropriately.
I’m having issues utilizing the scripts in GitHub.
Please refer to this support article for your RMM-specific guidance: Installing the Huntress Agent
