How can I resell Huntress?
Huntress is a channel-first company. We have been working with Managed Service Providers (MSPs) since 2015 and are always looking for ways to make it easier for more reseller personas of the channel to work with Huntress.

2Huntress for Resellers
If you manage IT services on behalf of your customers and would like to include Huntress as a part of your managed offerings, you'll be most interested in Huntress for MSPs. In this offering, the MSP is both the contracting party with Huntress and the owner of the Huntress product license. You enter one contract with Huntress that covers all of your managed customers.
Huntress for MSPs (Partner Supported)
- There are no costs to enroll as a partner
- Each contract has a minimum of 50 hosts, with a commitment term of 12 months
- Tiered Volume Discounting is available based on the aggregated volume of total committed agents across all customers
- Monthly billing, in arrears, based on actual usage (above your minimum commitment, if applicable)
- Incident reports are delivered to the MSP at the Account-level for all Organizations under the MSP account
- You can add end-user customer contacts into their Organizations' console as a Huntress User under your multi-tenancy
- Please Note - Users added at the Organization level will not have the same privileges as the Users at the Account level. For example, they will not be able to configure their own integrations.
- If your customer needs to co-manage their Huntress Console and have the same permissions that the Users at the Account Level do, you'd need to accommodate this through reselling Huntress as outlined below
UPDATE: In the past, organization-level admins could not approve Assisted Remediation. Permissions were updated in Q2 2022 based on MSP partner feedback, and now all organization admins can approve Assisted Remediations.
If you have larger customers who need their own reporting integration, but still require your expertise (co-managed IT for example), you can submit the form below to initiate the process to become a Huntress Reseller.

As a partner of Huntress, you will be able to transact in any way that makes sense for your business. You may have one or more personas enabled if applicable. You'd be able to manage all customers under the Huntress login. i.e. You could have an MSP contract with multiple organizations, and also have multiple standalone resell contracts and be able to manage those with a single admin login. Work with your main Huntress point of contact to find out more or reach out here.
In the future, we will be enabling features to accommodate additional billing methods and channel personas. For example:
- Huntress for Telco Agents, Affiliate Partners, Strategic Integrators, and Security Consultants
- Huntress for Incident Response Partners
If you'd like more information about any of these options or would like to set up a demo of available functionality, please visit http://huntress.com/demo.
