Huntress has resolved the previously discovered bug with direct mapping. The change has been tested, and confirmed that the bug is resolved. Direct mapping is now working as expected.

Huntress has discovered a bug that is causing newly mapped direct tenants to encounter an error and create/send an escalation. The Huntress Direct App is being properly authorized in the tenant, but the tasks run after are happening too fast for the Microsoft API.
Workaround
The bug has been resolved and direct mapping is working as expected.
