Select Huntress Incident Reports are manually resolvable. The Huntress Portal provides partners a bulk-resolve feature to quickly action these incident reports.
Note: If an incident report has any type of remediation: Assisted or Manual that has not been reviewed and approved, the report will not be eligible for manual resolution. Even if the Assisted Remediation has been approved, the report may not be eligible for manual resolve. Huntress still requires the remediation tasks to complete successfully and all footholds to be removed.
If you have multiple incidents that are eligible for bulk resolution you can take the following steps:
1. Navigate to /account/infection_reports or org/xxxxx/infection_reports filtered by Active.
2. Select all incident reports on the page.
The Huntress Portal will automatically detect which incidents are resolvable
3. Click Confirm.
