How to Add or Remove Licenses

My sub-account hired more employees, how do I change the number of licenses?

To add or remove licenses, navigate to Settings > Configure > Restrictions

Once there, you will see your Learner Licenses:

Partners are billed monthly based on the Learner Licenses count here. So when adding or removing Learners to a sub-account, match your Learner Licenses count to your Learner count.
